1. About the service

Dompet Oyen helps you record income, spending, accounts and budgets, and see summaries. It is run by [OPERATOR / LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. The service is an early version and features may change.

2. Your account

• You must be 13 or older and give accurate information. If you are under 18, you use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for your password and devices. Turn on two-step verification if you can.

• One person, one account. Do not share your account.

3. Your data

• The records you enter are yours. You allow us to store and process them only to run the service for you.
• You can export all your data and delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent.

4. Prohibited use

• Trying to access other users' data or break into our systems.
• Overloading the service, for example with automated scripts that go past fair use limits.
• Using the service for anything unlawful, including money laundering or fraud.

5. Not financial advice

Dompet Oyen is a record-keeping tool. The numbers, charts and reminders it shows are not financial, tax or legal advice. Your financial decisions remain your own.

6. Exchange rates and calculations

Exchange rates come from a third-party reference source, not a bank or money changer's transaction rate, and may be updated late. Converted totals show the rate date and a flag when rates are old. Treat them as estimates.

7. Availability and backups

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, including daily backups, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of interruptions. We recommend exporting your data regularly.

8. Fees

Right now every feature is free. We may add limits to the Free plan or a paid plan (Pro) in future. We will tell you first, and you will not be charged without your agreement. [Payment terms: to be added before any paid plan exists.]

9. Ending the service

• You may stop at any time by deleting your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where possible, and give you a chance to export your data unless a legal or security reason prevents it.
